About Envision It Sold, Inc.

Meet the Founder, Catherine DeGeorge...

For the past 25+ years, Catherine DeGeorge has helped literally thousands of people, just like you, evaluate and implement a multitude of real estate needs relating to FSBOs, Expired Listings, Investors, Creative Financing, Relocations, New Homes, Staging Homes, and the traditional methods of Buying and Selling of real estate. Catherine received her Bachelors Degree in Interior Design in 1985. She worked in the design field for the next five years, designing model homes for new home builders, and later designed Hotels (including Marriotts and Hiltons) across the country. Her love for interior design led her to get her real estate license in 1990. 

Throughout her 25+ years of experience as a licensed Realtor, she played by the rules of the real estate industry, charging 6-7% commission on every home sale she brokered. Then in 2005, she realized that there was a need for an alternative to the traditional methods of selling real estate.  She sought to create a new business model that could be a win-win situation for both the homeowner and the Realtor.  She believed that real estate services should be about consumer choice, lower prices and more flexible service options.

This is how she came to create Envision It Sold, Inc. which provides sellers an alternative. Envision It Sold, Inc. offers an a la carte or fee-for-service model from which the consumers can pick and choose as few or as many services they feel is appropriate to sell their own home.  She began her new business model in Denver, Colorado and it became so successful that she chose to spread it nationwide to help even more consumers gain huge profits.
