will include a short description of your home including the home's
address, number of bedrooms and baths, total square footage, and the
tour ID number. Your name and phone number will be included
so that potential buyers may contact you for showings or for more
information. A map link for directions to the property will
also be included. Your web site listing will be available for
up to six months. Just let us know when you have
sold your home and we will remove the information from the web site.
Once
you have ordered this service, we will
email you a form to fill out giving us your availability. As soon
as we receive your form we can arrange for one of our
**photographers to contact you within
24 to 36 hours to set up your appointment time. It
will take 20 to 40 minutes to shoot a residential property, depending
on the size of your home. Your home should be ready
to shoot as soon as the photographer arrives. After the
photographer takes the photos we will post the virtual tour by the end
of the third business day.
**We have photographers in every state across
the country but some areas may not be serviceable or
we may charge an additional travel fee (appx $30) for rural or remote
areas. Please call us to confirm if your location is covered.
