Automated MLS Form
Every
state has a different MLS Form and many states have a different MLS
form for every town and city within that state, Therefore, it is
impossible for us to design an automated "one size fits all" MLS
form.
Why would I need an Automated MLS Form?
Picture
this... you get your first Seller request for your MLS Service.
They have paid online and are ready to get started. But
then what happens? Depending on how often you check your email
and how quickly you can respond, the Seller may have to wait quite some
time, which is a bad way to start a relationship. Then, you will
have to reach them by phone and their first question will be "can you
email me the form to fill out?". You will have to respond by
telling them that you do not have an emailable form but you can fax
them a copy to fill out.
Now, several other problems may arise:
- They may not have access to a fax machine.
- If they do have a fax machine, you know as well as I do that faxes get harder to read each time they are faxed back and forth.
- You may have trouble reading their writing and will have to call them to verify many of the fields they filled in.
- But
the worst problem that may occur, is that they will avoid filling out
many of the fields if they don't know how to answer the questions.

end up researching the answers for them or you will go back and forth
with them many times by phone in order to get them to find the correct
answers. In either case, you may as well have been providing
"full service" for them for the amount of time you have given to this
task!
